Today was spent swimming and celebrating the 4th of July at Jimmy's. Shane cooked some delicious chicken and turkey dogs on the grill and we all enjoyed some drinks in the pool. Hattie slept on my shoulder through most of the "swimming" (AKA - standing in the shade), even with Sam jumping in and splashing, but she did wake up for a few minutes and got to "float" around with Davy. She had lots of fun and then went inside to take a nap. Again, she looked so cute in her little swimsuit! Lily and her cousin dogs ran around the yard playing until they were all pooped. Both girls passed out as soon as we got in the car to head home.
