A Reason to Celebrate

Today could have been very different... I would have started back to work today and Hattie would have gone to her first day of daycare had I not quit to stay home with her. I don't want to think about that too long because it still makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it. So instead, to celebrate that we don't have to do that, she and I met Shane for a family lunch out. We went to a place close to his office and then went down the road for snow cones. It was a perfect afternoon!
